Set your goal and just START! Each client is different so there is no standard menu. We create meals unique to each client and build a profile through detailed consultation questions. This allows us to better create options for clients based on lifestyle, goals, and personal needs. We have several packages to choose from!

5 meals a week for $110
This package is for clients who just want to test it out and maybe take lunch to work throughout the week, or have dinner ready to stay on track!
10 meals a week for $200
This package is for clients who want to be more aggressive on their health goals. These 10 meals will definitely help keep clients on track and avoid eating bad!
40 meals a month for $720
This package is for clients who are truly locked in and want to stay on the right track. This client has dedicated themself to eating better and living better!
